📝 Client Agreement – Deals4Wheel  Negotiation Service

By engaging Deals4Wheel to assist in the negotiation of your next vehicle purchase, you agree to the following terms:

1. Initial Sales Price Definition

The “initial sales price” used to calculate your negotiated savings is based on the price first quoted to Deals4Wheel directly by the dealership, either through email, phone, or written quote.

  • This price may differ from online listings, which can be misleading due to hidden fees, add-ons, or conditional discounts that may not apply to you.

2. Service Fees

Our pricing model includes:

  • A $199 upfront service fee, and

  • 7% of the total amount saved off the initial sales price, based on the final purchase agreement.

3. Performance-Based Fee Invoicing

The 7% savings-based fee will be invoiced after the successful delivery of the vehicle to the client.

  • Payment is due within 3 business days of delivery.

  • This model ensures you only pay based on real, verified savings.

4. Refund Policy

The $199 upfront fee is fully refundable if you choose not to purchase a vehicle through Deals4Wheel.

  • Refund requests must be made within 10 business days of ending the service and prior to vehicle delivery.

5. Client Cooperation

You agree to share any vehicle preferences, dealership communications, or quotes requested in order to facilitate an efficient negotiation process.
